Shipping
When does my order ship?
The first production batch ships June 2026. Orders ship in the order they were placed; reserve early to lock in your slot.
How much does shipping cost?
Free worldwide shipping on every order. Yes, including Australia. No, we're not adding hidden fees at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Everywhere with a postal service except countries currently restricted by US export controls. If you're unsure whether we can ship to you, email hello@babaru.co with your country and we'll confirm before you order.
How long does delivery take?
- US: 3–6 business days from ship date
- Canada, EU, UK: 5–9 business days
- Asia, Australia, NZ: 7–12 business days
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days
Duties and taxes
For most countries (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan), all duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout — nothing extra on delivery. For other regions, your country may charge import duties on receipt. We can't reimburse these.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email when your Babaru leaves the warehouse. If you don't see it, check spam, then email us.
Returns
The 30-day promise
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Babaru for a full refund. No restocking fees, no return shipping costs — we cover both ways. Just email hello@babaru.co with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label.
What condition does Babaru need to be in?
We're not going to inspect him under a microscope. Used is fine. We do ask that you include the box, the charging cable, and the little owner's pamphlet so the next person gets the full experience.
How fast is the refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take another few days to display it — that's on them, not us.
What if Babaru arrives damaged?
Send us a photo at hello@babaru.co within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. You don't need to send the damaged one back — donate it, recycle it, or keep it as a backup.
Exchanges
We currently only offer one Babaru variant, so there's nothing to exchange. If you want a different one in the future (we're working on a smaller travel version and a few new characters), you can return your current one and order the new one separately.
