How we keep Babaru secure.

1. Security Update Commitment

Babaru is supported with security updates for a minimum of two years from the date the product is first made available for purchase.

2. What's Covered

During this period, Babaru Ltd will assess reported security vulnerabilities affecting Babaru and its associated software and services, and will provide appropriate security updates or other technically appropriate mitigations where applicable.

Babaru's speaker firmware is not designed to receive user-installed updates. Security measures may instead take the form of updates to the Babaru App, associated software and services, or other technically appropriate measures.

3. Reporting a Vulnerability

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in Babaru, the app, or associated services, please report it to babaru@babaru.ai.

When reporting, please include: a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, the affected component or app version, and contact details for follow-up.

• We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and will keep you updated on our progress until the issue is resolved.
• Reports made in good faith, in line with this policy, will not result in legal action from us.

4. Statement of Compliance

Our EN 18031 and UK PSTI Statement of Compliance will be available here once issued.

5. Changes to This Page

We may update this page to reflect changes to Babaru's security practices, its components, or applicable law. Updates will be posted here.
