Everything you need to know about order processing, delivery, shipping costs, and tracking Babaru on his way to you.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take slightly longer during busy periods, particularly around Christmas.
2. Delivery
Delivery times depend on your destination. The current checkout offers free standard shipping to the destinations available in its address form.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Check that your country and delivery address are accepted before paying. For a date-sensitive order, ask our team for a delivery estimate before purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all Babaru orders.
Express shipping is not currently offered in checkout. Any shipping charge for an order will be shown before you pay.
4. International Orders
The checkout address form lists the countries and regions supported for an order. If your destination is not listed, contact us before attempting to pay.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your destination.
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your local import requirements before ordering if you are unsure.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once Babaru leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help investigate.
Tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to begin updating after dispatch.
6. Changing or Cancelling an Order
Need to change your delivery address or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible.
We will always try to help, but once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes. If the order has already shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and follow the normal returns process.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please check your tracking information first.
If tracking has stopped updating, your parcel appears to be lost, or it is marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact our support team. We will work with the delivery carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
